• Kid Zone is for children 6 weeks through 9 years of age. 

• During your child's stay, a parent or guardian must be in the facility al all times.

• For the child's well being and the well being of other Kid Zone children, parents will be notified when a child has been crying continuously for approximately 10 minutes.  However, the staff will do their best to redirect his attention and make this a last resort.

• We ask that children be fed before entering the Kid Zone.  Small snacks are acceptable.  NO POPCORN, PEANUTS, GUM, SUCKERS OR OTHER HARD CANDY, as this causes a choking hazard.  We also ask for clear drinks only.  Infants will be fed a mixed bottle when fussy.  Staff will not be allowed to mix or heat an infant's bottle. 

• We encourage children to leave their personal toys at home.  Argument often start as a result of toys not being shared.  If your child has a security blanket or toy that does not pose a choking hazard to others and will make the transition easier, they'll be permitted.

• Kid Zone cannot be responsible for lost or broken items.

• All children must wear shoes and/or socks in the Kid Zone. 

• For health and safety reasons, bare feet are not permitted.

• Children must be freshly diapered before entering the Kid Zone.  Kids Zone does not provide diapers and wipes.  Please leave a diaper bag with necessary items with your child.

• Please label all items you bring into the Kid Zone with the child's first and last name.

Sign-in Procedures:

• A parent or guardian of 18 years and older may sign in the child at the time of arrival. 

• Only the person responsible for signing in will be permitted to take the child out of the Kid Zone area, unless written notification was given. 

• ID may be requested from individuals picking up the child.

• Please have your personal belongings labeled such as: diaper bag, sippy cup, or coats.

A Healthy Child

Please help us to make our Kid Zone a healthy place for children to play.  If your child has any of the following symptoms, please do not leave them in the Kid Zone.

Lebanon Health and Fitness will reserve the right to turn away a child we feel is jeopardizing the healthy play area.  If your child develops a contagious illness and has been in our nursery during the illness' infectious period, please notify Lebanon Health and Fitness so we may inform parents of this illness.

Please note:  Kid Zone staff cleans and sanitizes all toys and surfaces after the closing of each shift.
